The next CEO of Apple?
Jonathan Ives, a 40-year old San Francisco resident, is considered to be the front runner for the position when Steve steps down. Today "Jony" is Apple's senior vice-president of industrial design and the man behind the creation of the iMac and the iPhone. Look at that face closely for he could very well be the next man in charge of Apple.
eComStation GA Sinks Again
The handful of elderly OS/2 users are up in arms again after reports out of the Serenity camp that eComstation has had another setback. Sources inside the camp say delivery of a working GA version of eCS has been pushed forward to almost 2009. The problem? The dissolution and subsequent abandonment of the few programmers with OS/2 skills. "They've moved on to other non-OS/2 project claiming they are tired of the constant bickering and negativity of those few OS/2 users left, the lack of resources and the expectation that they are to do the impossible all for free.
Advice to those hanging on to the shreds of OS/2: pack it up, admit defeat, stop hanging on to pipe dreams and decide on a new computing direction. IBM has buried OS/2 and standing at the gravesite believing OS/2 is going to rise again is fruitless. More importantly, you look like fools.

On a Mac Pro you can have four of these hard drives and give yourself some breathing room for a total of 4TB of hard disk space! That's like opening your back door and having the entire state of Montana as a back yard!
Apple has squirreled away some 15 billion in the bank.
