IBM To OS/2 Community: Go Suck Eggs
"As stated in our response to your September 2005 letter we have considered the positioning of OS/2 and open source several times in the past ... we have decided to not pursue any OS/2 open source projects..." This quote comes from a letter dated January 16, 2008, and signed by Yvonne Perkin, Vice President of Enterprise Platfrom Software for IBM, in response to the second petition by the tiny OS/2 community to release OS/2 to the wild.

Hello OS2 community. IBM has told you to go suck eggs. Move on. Your best bet is OS X.
