EyeTV v3.0 Update On Tuesday
Elgato plans on releasing version 3.0 of EyeTV on Tuesday, Keynote day. It won't be free unless you bought EyeTV after December 2, 2007, but it will include a lot of new features. If you're at MacWorld you can get it for a lower cost then online.

QuickPay Coming To iPhone
Apple has patented a new iPhone feature that lets you order drinks or other itmes at Starbucks and effectively bypass the long lines. You'll order your coffee online and step to the pick-up counter, flash your iPhone-Starbucks barcode image (that displays on your iPhone) and pick up your drink. You'll be charged automatically through credits you buy online. Ingenious and soon we'll see other stores and shops using the QuickPay method.
