Prop 8 Will Be Invalidated

I'm predicting today that the California Supreme Court, the same body of justices who granted equal rights to same-sex couples, will invalidate the recent passage of Proposition 8 because it is "inconsistent with the guarantees of individual liberty safeguarded" by the California Constitution.

I predict that California Supreme Court will also throw out the recent request by the religious right to erase the legal recognition of couples married before Election Day.
